As part of our service, we work to ensure that we follow a consistent process every single time, and that we always keep you informed about what stage things are at. We believe in offering a comprehensive service that delivers on our promise of exceptional construction and quality.

We also believe in sticking to a budget as quoted – whether we are performing a residential renovation, residential construction or home renovation – and we do our best to stay within the pre-arranged budget when set. Part of quoting you correctly comes down to the process that we follow, and is dictated by our pre-construction assessment process.

Assessment

As the first step in any of our construction projects, our team makes a visit to the site and makes a total assessment as a starting off point. Our Site Assessment Team visits the site and takes detailed notes of the areas to be upgraded.

Design

The next stage in our process for construction is an assessment from our Design Team. Our Design Team assesses all of the information provided by our Assessment Team and takes into account a range of design factors that relate to the construction of your building. The potential design factors for our residential builders include:

Client specifications/requirements
Schedule on-site meetings
Staged construction process
Final inspection to be obtained for the full client satisfaction 

By performing a very thorough assessment of the site, we are able to ensure that the quotation that we provide for your project is as accurate as possible.

Quotation

We believe that this part of the process is integral to the successful and accurate completion of your construction job. We believe in providing a quote for you that is practical, and takes every possible consideration into account. We want to maximise every possible element of your expenditure and thus our senior project managers work with you to provide a practical and suitable solution that suits your needs.

To make sure the construction process runs smoothly, we ensure that our quoting is as accurate as possible.

Commencement

After you are satisfied with your quotation, we will be ready to commence construction on your project. Our standard construction lead time is two to three weeks from the date of order placement. Each construction project from our management is unique to your needs, and will depend on the scope and complexity of the project that we are creating. Regardless, we ensure that we apply the same level of care and skills to every project that we do. We work to ensure that sustainable and ethical building materials are used wherever possible with our construction work and also work to ensure that all subcontractors work in accordance with current industry and Workplace Health and Safety standards. During construction, we are available to speak with you about any queries or problems that you may have about the build.

Handover

The job is done – and now it’s time to perform our handover. We will be just as thorough in checking over the build at this stage as we have at every other juncture.

Our Client Service Team will be examining that the building is up to standard and that the following points have been met:

Cleanliness
Equipment all functioning
All sealing and finishing complete
Appropriate signage in place
All new installations complete and functioning correctly
